I will post cabins as I get info on them.  I have quite a few requests for information out.

You can (and please do!) comment on them.  Comments are open for everyone to see, so it's a good way to "discuss."  It is a tradeoff of cost, lake, type of housing, etc.  I looked for bedrooms, cost, on a lake and availability.  I tried to find places with 6 bedrooms so each family unit would have a bedroom.  I know this isn't much for those with 5 or 6 in their families, but at least it gives people a place to put their stuff and nap during the day.  Sometimes a 5 bedroom would appeal and I would include that.  I didn't put anything on the list that didn't have availability during the time that would work for everyone which is, as nearly as I can figure, July and the first week of August.  I didn't research the lake until I found out about availability.  Some of these aren't great lakes.  Also, some of the prices in the original listing seemed reasonable, but by the time extra charges for extra people etc were added, they got much more expensive.

It is very hard to evaluate the many resorts with 2 bedroom cabins we could be renting as well.  I will keep trying.
